The photographs can be exploited and used directly by the Kaizen Parkour Academy (Luxembourg) a.s.b.l. in any form and on any known or unknown media, worldwide, without any time limit, in full or in extracts and in particular:

The beneficiary of the authorization is expressly forbidden to proceed to an exploitation of thephotographs likely to infringe on the private life or reputation, and to usethe photographs of the present, in any support with pornographic, racist, xenophobic or any otherxenophobic or any other prejudicial exploitation.I acknowledge that I am fully entitled to my rights and I will not be entitled to anyremuneration for the exploitation of the rights referred to herein.I guarantee that I am not bound by an exclusive contract concerning the use of my image or my name.
